One of our users at Ambitionality divides each section of the newsletter into a separate document. The club director assigns each section/document to the individual responsible and establishes the deadline. Club members are free to provide suggestions and comments for specific sections, or the newsletter in general. At the deadline the director approves each section/document and the content is pulled to be published in the newsletter. The functionality of the Op Doc Wizard provides a built in history of previous newsletter sections for future generations of club members.
