The operational document review list screen displays information for all current and past reviews of documents. This view allows users to quickly filter down to see when upcoming reviews are scheduled as well as provide a history of past reviews for reference purposes. The duration of this document describes the different options and features of this screen.
The Filter menu item [1], when clicked, reveals a filter area which can be used to search and filter the reviews displayed in the list. The filter options [2-5] function as described below:
- Look for [2]: this filter functions identically to the "Look For" filter as described in the Operational Document List layout description. (See related documents below)
- Status [3]: Clicking the "Select a Status" button reveals a check box selector which determines which status types should be displayed int he review results. These options may be selected individually or all together. The "Accepted" status will display those reviews which have been formally accepted by a publisher. The "Submitted" status will display those reviews which users have responded to and submitted for approval to a publisher. The "Assigned" status will display those reviews which have been assigned to users but have not yet been submitted.
- Due Date [4]: setting the start (left side) and end (right side) date areas will display only those reviews which are due between (and including) those dates. Leaving one of the sides blank will be treated as having no boundary on that side.
- Completion Date [5]: this functions identically to the "Due Date" filter with the exception that the date on which the review was accepted by a publisher is under consideration instead of the due date.
Beneath the filter area is the list of reviews. The list is a tabular display containing 5 columns. The list may be sorted in ascending order by "Contact", "Op Doc" or "Due Date" by clicking on their respective column headings. The first column contains check box selectors for use in deleting reviews. The second column [6] "Contact" displays the full name of the contact assigned to the review. The third column "Op Doc" [7] displays the number and name of the operational document to which the review applies. The fourth column "Due Date" [8] displays the date on which the review is due to be completed. The fifrth column "Status" [9] displays the current status of the review.
