You may have noticed that we recently gave our website a face lift and added some more content. Just because we are supplying a fast, efficient and down-to-business procedure manual and general documentation tool doesn't mean that we can't also be pretty. If you step back and think about it for a moment, appearance actually plays a fairly large role in how well we work with web sites and applications. Aesthetically pleasing menus, layout and colors can make life easier especially when working with an application a lot.
What you may not have noticed is that we have also added customization to your Op Doc Wizard accounts! That's right, now an account holder has the ability to choose between our traditional theme and a new designer theme. The new designer theme will begin being the default theme in the near future, but the traditional theme will still be available through the Account Settings under the "Advanced" options.
Users may already be aware that each account has the ability to use a custom company logo through the "Advanced" account settings options - but wait, there's more! We have also added in the ability for account holders to customize each account beyond the selected theme using CSS. Now each account can override the theme's CSS by uploading a custom CSS file to the account from the Account Settings and then selecting it under the "Advanced" options. This enables any account to fully customize the appearance of their account in every detail from font size to bullet numbering, to colors.
With all of these powerful customization options, every account can be custom tailored to be the most effective documentation tool for any organization. Please let us know what you think of these new enhancements by sending us email. We hope you enjoy them!
